"I have been a member since January 9th, 2003, and have had no prior acting or performing experience in my life.  I have always wanted to pursue this occupation because I feel that even though I have no experience, it was something I wanted to do, and could do it with the right people, and the right time.  On or around February 1st, I was called for my very first audition, and found out I was 1 out off almost 300 hundred people that wanted this part.  Well, I wasn't going to wait in line with the rest of the people, so I just happened to hear Jay mention that it was time for the age group from 16 and up.  So I went right behind Jay "thinking this is my time to Shine!"  I was the first person in the interview along with 6 other people, and for a 1 minute audition, I gave it my all.  To my surprise, I found out I got to the second audition, and then I found out I got the part!!! NOT bad for a first time audition!!! (Being a person with a "different look" I guess helped!) I was very excited and eager for this opportunity.  My first taste of the industry, and I LOVED IT!!!  I thanked the staff of the production, and mention I was with SilverScreen.  And I would just like to thank SilverScreen for being 1 small step closer to my dream job.  It may not be a lead role, but it is a start, and I am just thankful I got a chance to try.  I am sure people try for years just to get an extra part, and it took me 1 month, 1 audition.
    And I would like to thank SilverScreen again for that, and hope to work with them more in the future.  If I don't get another part, no big deal.
